Pico's Story

Hello, I'm Pico! I was brought in as a stray along with my three foster brothers, Cosmos, Cedar, and Clover. They were found in a different area than me. I do have a vision impairment but it doesn't slow me down at all. In fact, if you didn't see my eyes, you probably wouldn't even notice. I don't understand the term "stranger danger" as everyone is my friend. I am a feisty but I am also a lover. I love to involve myself in things I don't need to be involved in. I am a master at supervising the litter pans being cleaned, in fact I jump in them and hit the scoop to make it go faster. Can I come help you at your house? All AAF cats and dogs are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped. All cats receive a FIV/FELV combination test while dogs over the age of 8 months are tested for heartworms. All pets are also treated for both intestinal parasites and fleas. The AAF is proud of the medical attention that is given to each and every pet as their health and well-being is of the utmost importance to our organization.

The adoption fees* for our pets are as follows:
Kittens: $85
Cats 5 months and older: $60
Puppies: $150
Dogs 5 months and older: $135

*Occasionally AAF will have a promotion for discounted adoption fees*

You can visit us and our pets who are available for adoption:
Monday-Friday 11 AM - 7 PM
Saturday 11 AM - 4 PM
Sunday 12PM - 4 PM
Closed Holidays

You can meet the cats and kittens, however we do not do same-day adoptions. An application is required and must be qualified prior to an official adoption appointment. APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.

You can see our dogs from the adoption aisle, however, prior to a personal (face to face) meeting, you must submit an application and receive an adoption appointment. If you have any questions, stop in or call us at 737-PETS.
