Phoenix's Story
Phoenix

Accepting applications for trusted human.

Unlike her sister Sparrow, who has declared war on civilization, Phoenix is willing to admit that humans might have some redeeming qualities.

She's just not prepared to commit to that opinion yet.

Born outdoors and rescued with her siblings, Phoenix still has plenty of that wild little hunter spirit. She's happiest stalking toy mice with laser focus, pouncing with remarkable precision, and reminding everyone that if she were ten pounds bigger, your household would belong to her.

When she catches a toy mouse, rest assured... it stays caught.

Phoenix also comes equipped with her own tiny soundtrack.

Growl... growl... growl...

It's adorable.

She'll happily grumble her opinions while allowing you to pick her up, because apparently complaining about customer service is simply part of her personality. She isn't looking for a fight-she just likes everyone to know she has standards.

Unlike her sister, Phoenix doesn't believe every human is automatically suspicious.

Unlike her brothers, she's not exactly signing up for cuddle club either.

She's somewhere delightfully in the middle.

Handleable? Absolutely.

Content to be carried around like royalty? Not a chance.

Phoenix has important places to inspect, toy mice to eliminate, and windows to supervise. Freedom is kind of her thing.

Every day she gets a little more comfortable with people, and every day she learns that indoor life comes with some pretty amazing perks... like regular meals, comfy beds, and an endless supply of fake rodents that mysteriously refuse to stay dead.

Phoenix is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and looking for an indoor home with someone who appreciates a kitten that's equal parts hunter, comedian, and tiny skeptic.

Warning: May issue dramatic growls while fully cooperating, assassinate every toy mouse in the house, and eventually decide you're acceptable... which is basically the feline equivalent of a standing ovation.
