He eagerly comes up for pets, purrs, rubs his face on you, and constantly asks for attention. He clearly loves being around people. His previous owner described him as cuddly, curious, and very affectionate!

Favorite Activities:
He loves getting scritches and playing with a cat fishing pole or feather toy. We’ll share more as we continue getting to know him!

Cohabitation:
His previous owner reported that he gets along with other cats. In the shelter cat room, he hasn’t seemed bothered by our other adoptable cat, Tuesday, though they haven’t directly interacted. We’re still unsure how he is with dogs, but he did not react when a large dog walked by.

Medical:
Phoenix is neutered and up to date on vaccines. The veterinarian noted significant tartar on his teeth and recommends a dental cleaning. Most cats benefit from a professional dental cleaning at least once a year starting around 1–2 years of age to help prevent periodontal disease.
