Meet Phoebe! 7 yr old DSH, fixed, DECLAWED, hasn't had shots this year but wouldn't get them due to her age.<br/>Current owner acquired her through the death of a family member. The current owner is allergic to her. She's on a Waiting List for a No Kill shelter but really hope to find her a home to keep out of shelter. Never been around dogs or kids, seems to be a loner and likes hiding under her blanket. Very sweet and affectionate.
