Meet Phoebe! She is 14 weeks old (born March 1st) and small for her age. She was surrendered with her mom and sibling when she was 4 days old and raised in a foster home. Phoebe is a sweet, playful kitten who loves company and does not like to be alone. She is used to living with children and other cats and needs to go to a home that has other young playful cats (or be adopted together with another kitten). She would likely get used to a cat friendly dog as well. Phoebe has her age appropriate vaccinations but will have to be returned to New Hope for her spay, microchip and any outstanding boosters when she is old enough. The cost of this is included in her adoption fee of $250.
