Meet Phoebe
Phoebe is about 4 years old and was abandoned. She is a pretty girl with a cute face, a sweet personality, and bunny-soft fur. She has limited vision in one eye (the other eye is fine). She is feeling very sad about losing her home and is getting stressed so we would like to see her find a new family ASAP. Phoebe does not care for other cats and should probably be an only pet.
