Meet the sweet and sassy Phoebe! This 2-year-old girl was surrendered to us and is now ready for her forever home. Phoebes got quite a bit of spunk to her; she can be incredibly lovey and playful! She loves to roll around and show off her cuteness. That being said, Phoebe can be a bit of a diva, so affection has to be on her terms. She's an absolute love bug but she still wants her boundaries to be respected. Phoebe gets along great with other cats, and she does okay with cat-savvy dogs.
