Phantom and Turvy

We tried it. We thought it might be okay for Phantom to go to a new home without his foster brother Turvy. But then, looking at these 2 boys hanging out together in the foster home, we realized that this is not fair. Not to Phantom and not to Turvy, and it is not what we want to do in rescue. We don't just want a place to send these cats so we don't have to deal with them anymore; but a place where we feel sure that they will have a happy life. And it doesn't feel like that is what would happen if Phantom and Turvy are separated.<br/><br/>These boys LOVE each other. They are truly bonded. They play together. They groom each other. And when it's time to sleep, if they are not already together they will walk around the house calling until they find the other one so they can be together. It's a beautiful thing.<br/><br/>So here they are, Phantom and Turvy, both around a year old, both handsome young fellows who will be the perfect couple. They get along with other nice cats and mellow dogs. They will not be at their best in a house of chaos so a home with less noise and activity would be best. They now live with older kids and do just fine as long as they have places to escape and hang out together until things calm down. Both of them would love a yard where they could go outside and enjoy the times when the sun is warm and the grass is soft.
