Meet Petra!<br/>Petra came into the shelter July 15th with her brother Max, transferred from another rescue that needed help. <br/>We found out Petra really loves meeting dogs. When she was introduced to some dogs while safety behind her kennel door, she tried to nuzzle them and even rolled over to show her belly.<br/>Petra is super independent and wont seek human attention but will not shy away from it if it offered. She loves treats and mouse toys and cant say no to a fly fish toy.<br/>Our staff say that they noticed her teeny tiny chin right off the bat. She always looks like she has a pouty face which is so adorable! With her big eyes and adorably shaped face, she almost looks like the Puss and Boots cat!<br/>Petra loves spending time with her brother and will likely do best in a home with another cat (or dog) and a quiet environment. <br/>Come meet Petra today at the Alpine Animal Services Shelter, 2900 Old Marathon Hwy Alpine, TX 79830.

Alpine Animal Services's Adoption Policy
All potential adopters are required to fill out our adoption application. If the animal is ready for adoption and the adopter's application is approved, they can take the animal immediately after the adoption fee is paid. We may require a home visit prior to adoption and if multiple applications are submitted, we reserve the right to pick the most appropriate adopter for that animal. We also reserve the right to deny an application.
