Meet Petey (and Dave)

Petey and Dave are 1 ½ year old brothers, and not unlike some human siblings, they have very different personalities. While they are both sweet and loving cats, Petey is the more outgoing and energetic one of the two. Dave is more reserved and is somewhat timid until he gets to know you. They are both easy-going and good-natured, and get along well with other cats. They may be compatible with a gentle, cat-friendly canine housemate, too. Petey and Dave like to climb and would be happiest in a home with a big cat tree, especially if it was in front of a window. They like to run and chase each other in play and will entertain you with their playful antics. They are best suited for a quieter home with older children. Dave and Petey are only available for adoption as a pair. They are neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV tested negative. Their adoption fee of $95 each helps support Friends of Chicago Animal Care & Control in their mission to save Chicago’s neediest animals.
