Peregrine 's Story

Foster Feature : Meet Peregrine
Available for adoption 🥹😱 the sweetest, lovable, toothless, drooly cuddle bug ❤️❤️❤️
Fill out an application if interested
https://mynewcat.org/adopt-a-cat/adoption-application/

Peregrine was estimated as 12 years old at the shelter. I honestly think he's closer to 5. He doesn't strike me as a senior with his energy level and overall condition.

This guy loves to be petted and cuddle, and when he's excited and purring he drools 🤗 and he likes to gnaw lovingly on your fingers and occasionally your nose with his toothless gummy maw 🤣

He's one of the most handsome cats ever and people will definitely want him for his looks. So I want to make sure I find someone who also is ready for whatever life throws at him. Peregrine has FIV, not unusual for a former tomcat. He has zero teeth so his chance of spreading it is also pretty much zero. Even if he had teeth, he's a lover not a fighter and he wouldn't bite another cat and spread it. He had some infections at the shelter that wouldn't clear and ended up on the euthanasia list, and with us it took a few months of different antibiotics to clear those up. He's healthy and cleared by the vet now, but he will need an adopter who can medicate a (very easy) cat if he has a recurrence, and can afford ongoing vet care if he gets sick.

His finder stated he's very cat friendly
