Penny's Story

Penny was put outside and left behind when her owner moved. She was being fed and cared for by a neighbor who told us about her situation.<br/><br/>She is very sweet, she loves belly rubs and pets. However, she is shy and a little slow to trust (probably because of her abandonment). Penny is waiting for someone with patience who wants to bond with her and give her a chance to trust again.<br/><br/>Like all BCC cats, Penny is fully vaccinated and spayed.

Bordentown City Cats's Adoption Policy

Application required with reference. Adopter must agree to keep cat as indoor pet, not declaw, and get regular veterinary care. Once an application is submitted, reviewed and approved, we encourage a meet and greet with the foster. Adoption fee is normally $130 to cover medical costs. Older cats and special needs cats may have reduced or waived fees. Bonded pairs, and duos of kittens are also adopted with reduced fees.
