This special lil' lady is Penny and her story started here when she was brought in as a stray from a neighboring town in the summer of 2025. A sweetheart from the start, Penny hasn't let her unique features slow her down. If you notice, her front legs appear bent and she has adjusted her gait to accommodate them. Penny came in with these injuries and some other health concerns and was assessed by the vet. Playful, curious and gaining some much needed weight Penny was adopted late last year where she lived with another adult cat and was happy. Unfortunately, she was recently returned due to health issues with her previous owner and Penny is looking for her next best friend. A very sweet and friendly cat, Penny would thrive in a home with another cat and maybe in a home with older children.
