Penny is a social butterfly who loves spending time with both people and cats. She still has a lot of her kitten energy, so she will need a home with people who can spend time playing with her or feline friends who can roll around with her. She spends her time alternating between napping in cozy spots around the house and zipping around as fast as she can.
