It's heartbreaking to think she was living outdoors, but fortunately, she's now in a loving foster home where she's blossomed into a playful, energetic bundle of joy with a serene side. <br/>Penelope adores sitting on her foster dad's lap, basking in pets, and is the epitome of affectionate and intelligent & gets along with other cats.<br/>Now spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and FIV/FELV negative, Penelope is ready to bring happiness into a forever home.
