Having spent her entire life in a home, we can't blame her for feeling a little confused about her current situation.<br/><br/>Despite her disappointment with shelter life, Penelope has been nothing but sweet and affectionate. She enjoys attention, seems to get along well with other cats, and has previously lived successfully with both dogs and children.<br/><br/>Penelope is the kind of cat who just wants a cozy spot to nap, a loving family to spoil her, and a place where she can finally relax and be herself again. The shelter will contact persons in the order they are on the list. The adoption fee is $35 and you receive certificates for $25 towards spay/neuter and $10 towards rabies if not already done.
