Our rescue is based out of Pikesville, Maryland!<br/><br/>We typically do not adopt more than 45 minutes away from Pikesville, so please bear that in mind!<br/><br/>Penelope is a super sweet, outgoing, talkative, and affectionate young kitty who was abandoned outside or otherwise found herself alone and pregnant. She is thought to be about a year, a year and a half old. She doesn't seem fond of other cats but may adjust given a proper introduction and time to do so.<br/><br/>Penelope loves to be picked up and held! She will contentedly snuggle on your shoulder. She is a very personable and sleek girl.<br/><br/>Needs Must Cats will have received full vetting including spay or neuter, FIV/FLV testing, microchip, and treatment for parasites by time of adoption. The adoption fee in the amount below helps us assist more cats and kittens in urgent need.
