His foster's favorite quirk of his is that PeePaw goes "noodle mode" as soon as you pick him up, just flopping around in your arms, ready for pets. His perfect person is someone who can supply endless amounts of cardboard boxes and treats, and who has arms long enough to fish his spring toys out from under the stove when he knocks them under.
