Meet Peanut Wigglebutt! <br/><br/>With a name like Peanut Wigglebutt, you already know this little house panther has personality. <br/><br/>Peanut is a playful, curious, sweet, and silly boy who loves to romp, explore, and get in on all the kitten fun. He's affectionate with his people and has turned into quite the social little guy.<br/><br/>And Peanut is wonderfully family-friendly! He's great with kids of all ages, cats, and dogs, so this easygoing boy can fit beautifully into all kinds of families. <br/><br/>Peanut especially loves the company of other cats, but there's one kitty who's become particularly special to him: Riff Raff. <br/><br/>The two aren't biological brothers, but they've become very close while living together in foster care. They play together, hang out together, and have formed a wonderful friendship. We'd love to see Peanut and Riff Raff adopted together so they can take that friendship right into their forever home.<br/><br/>Peanut's story began in West Point, Mississippi, where he was born to a feral mama at a trap site. Once Peanut and his siblings were old enough to eat on their own, they came into rescue to grow up safe and learn all about indoor life. Mama was spayed and safely returned to her colony, while Peanut was raised surrounded by other cats and kittens.<br/><br/>His siblings have now found their families, which means it's Peanut Wigglebutt's turn. <br/><br/>He's got the people-loving thing down. He's mastered life with kids, cats, and dogs. And he even found himself a best buddy along the way.<br/><br/>Now Peanut Wigglebutt and Riff Raff just need a family to call their own — hopefully together. <br/><br/>Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only.<br/><br/>All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
