Peanut's Story

Hi, I’m Princess Peanut! I showed up in my foster mom’s backyard one day, dirty and pregnant, with a dog collar around my neck. My foster mom did everything she could to find my family, but I had bigger things to focus on. I gave birth to four precious babies and was a wonderful mom. Now that my little ones are growing up, I’m learning how to just be me.

I’m still a bit shy, but I’m making great strides. I’ve discovered the joy of toys and am starting to enjoy cuddles and pets—especially when I’m feeling safe. I’m also getting used to my four-legged foster siblings, though I can still be a little nervous around moving doors. With time, I know I’ll become more confident.

I may be a bit shy, but once I trust you, I’m a sweet and affectionate girl who loves attention. I’m up to date on all my vaccinations, FIV/FeLV negative, and I won’t be having any more babies. My vet thinks I’m around 2 or 3 years old, though I’m quite petite for my age.

If you’re looking for a gentle and loving cat who just needs a little time to settle in and trust you, I might be the perfect match for you!

Please fill out an adoption application today at:
https://betterlifepets.com/adoption-application
