Peach's Story

Meet Peach, an approximately 9-week-old female kitten. Peach was found as a stray. She is a sweet girl, with beautiful, soft fur. Peach is not a fan of other cats or dogs. She is looking for a home where she can be the only furry companion. She will be spayed, microchipped and given a rabies vaccination on 09/14/23. Chino Valley Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

ADOPTING A DOG/PUPPY After the "Stray Hold" most unclaimed dogs will be available for adoption. Dogs that display behavioral issues will be trained by our volunteers and/or placed into rescue. Arizona State law requires all adoptable dogs to be spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies and licensed. The associated charges plus the cost of a microchip and DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations are included in our adoption fees. Canine Adoption Fee: Up to 6 months - $200.00 7 months to 1 year - $175.00 1 year & older - $150.00 License Fee: For residents of Chino Valley only $8.00 altered dogs $36.00 unaltered dogs Adoption Steps & Requirements Adopters must be at least 18 years of age and have photo identification. Entire families, including children, are encouraged to meet the animal prior to adoption. A Meet and Greet with any resident dog(s) is mandatory.
