Patti O'Cat

Patti is sweet, playful, smart and very talkative. She will let you know when she's is ready for pets or wants to play with her wands. She really loves to chase, jump and attack her wands when we wiggle them across the room. A cat nap follows shortly after a we play with her. Her soft and melodious meow sounds like she is trying to form sentences as she mews.
Patti showed up on our patio (hence her name), one Fall day. As the seasons progressed to summer, we noticed she was getting overheated so we took her inside. We quickly noticed that she must have been an inside cat before being dumped in our neighborhood.
Patti is a very quick learner... after a few squirts of water she learned very fast not to jump on counters and other surfaces. She does get a little nervous during thunderstorms and will find a hiding place (behind our washer and dryer) until the storm passes. Patti is a big girl and uses an automatic cat feeder (3x's a day), she loves her running water fountain, uses a high sided cat litter box and enjoys her Greenies (8) when we leave the house, and (6) before bedtime, the litter she is fond of is Catalyst - soft wood cat litter form Chewy's.
She will get frustrated and will sometimes lash out, but quickly calms down. Going to the vet is not something she cares for, so giving her a sedative before a vet visit helps with her anxiety. Overall, Patti is a big, sweet, calm, charming girl that is looking for a safe place to call her forever home.

To adopt this pet, please fill out an online application here:
https://tinyurl.com/adoptcatform
