Patsy (& Miata)

Patsy, unlike her sister Miata, needs her space but will still follow you around. Once she has become attached to you, she is always there waiting. She’s not a lap cat, but she wants to be with you and will sit at your feet so that she can stay close. It may take a while for her to warm up but when she does, she is a sweet cat who just wants to be given a safe forever home.<br/><br/>This kitty absolutely loves to play! Her favorite toy is a long length of colorful fabric on a wand. When playing, she'll actually jump several inches off the floor to get that from the air! She also really loves her catnip cigar and a super-fuzzy Chewbacca mouse. She will respond to you if you speak to her, and is always excited for treats.<br/><br/>She is very attached to her sister and they can often be found together, be it lying in the sun, on the couch or cuddled up together on their cat bed under the window.They are incredibly bonded! They call to each other, won't eat unless they are both present (and won't eat from separate bowls), and follow each other around. While they still want their space, it isn’t for longer than a couple of hours.<br/><br/>They are both eating like champs, playing like crazy, and doing really well in their foster home.<br/><br/>We plan to place Miata and Patsy in a forever home together as they have bonded in foster care and both would benefit from having a companion and playmate.<br/><br/>If you would like to meet and possibly adopt this amazing feline, please email info@chicagocatrescue.org or call 773/203-0215.
