Patches - See me at Pet Valu!

Patches arrived at the shelter on on December 10, 2025. She is a gentle young adult calico cat who came into the shelter via the NBSPCA when her owner sadly passed away, and she and her friend RuRu had no place to go. She was very frightened on arrival, but she had a traumatizing week, and even though she was scared, she has not lashed out. <br/><br/>UPDATE: She's quiet, shy, and a little curious. She's been doing much better over the last few weeks. <br/><br/>UPDATE: She's starting to warm up to people more, but she likes to remain in her bed most of the time. She leans in for neck scratches and pats. Treats are the way to go to gain trust. <br/><br/>UPDATE (Feb 19): Patches is an attentive and sweet cat. She welcomes visits, and she reaches for pets.
