Patches's Story

Patches is a once in a lifetime cat! She is petite, super fluffy (well not right now as she is sporting a lion cut), she LOVES being close and being held. She is a beyond a regular cat. If you are looking for a couch companion, this is her. She does not like other cats, so must be a solo queen of your home. We are unsure how she would do with dogs. She would likely do well with respectful children. She would love safe outdoor access, so if you have a catio, she would be living the dream. Stray Cats of South Cowichan's Adoption Policy

There is a telephone call, with some basic questions on where the cat(s) will be living, care requirements. If the cat seems to be a good fit for a potential adopter, there will be either a home visit or a facetime visit of the home. Cat can then be met and if all is well, the cat can be taken home.
