He came to us from a house crowded with cats and little to no interaction with humans. Now he's starting from scratch in the shelter (and that's not an easy place for a cat to be). He's looking for an adopter who can meet him where he's at. As an under-socialized adult cat, he'll need a very patient adopter who understands feline behavior and body language. It's also recommended that he go to an adult-only home as children could easily overwhelm him and hinder any socialization progress. Our hope is that in a calm, stable, environment, Parsley can properly decompress and finally just be a cat. He may be a bit of a project, but earning his love and trust would be worth all the effort.
