Meet the sweet Parakeet who is part of our bird litter! These sweet kitties and their mom were dropped off at our local animal control in a bird cage, hence their name theme. They are all smart, social, and playful kittens who would thrive in many types of homes. At their young age, they could be introduced to other pets and children and do well in most households. They're available to meet any day we're open, so come on down to the shelter to see these sweeties!<br/><br/>Parakeet is available through our foster-to-adopt program while he waits to be neutered on 11/11/26. If you're local and in the surrounding area of Jamestown, you can take him home as a foster and bring him back for his appointment on 11/11/26 where we will then finalize the adoption. If you're far away or just prefer to wait until they're spayed/neutered, they're also available to meet and be placed on hold while we wait for their spay/neuter appointment. <br/><br/>Parakeet was born on 8/2/26 and is growing quickly!<br/><br/>All cats/kittens will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated according to age, dewormed, and current on flea/tick prevention before adoption unless otherwise noted for age or health reasons. Please note: our kitties have been indoors-only and not accustomed to life outside and the dangers involved (cats are easy targets for predators).
