Paquita's Story

Paquita
Short Hair Black Spayed Female
Estimated Birthday: 4/13/2026

Meet sweetheart Paquita! This petite girl and her 'P' siblings found their way to Tigerlily after their mom cat was found deceased in Detroit. Paquita was the only girl of the litter, but can definitely hold her ground against her brothers. She loves interactive play time with humans and wrestling sessions with her siblings. She is very high energy, inquisitive, and loves exploring new spaces. She would love to be adopted with one of her brothers, Pablo or Poncho. Paquita would do well with cat-savvy children and other pets with proper introductions.

Paquita is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. Her adoption fee is $125 or $200 as a pair with a 'P' sibling. All current pets must be fixed and up-to-date on vaccines with a vet reference.

Fill out our online application to get approved for a meet and greet:
http://www.tigerlilyrescue.com/adoption-application/

Tigerlily Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old. * If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed. * We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family. * For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best. * If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time. * We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child. Our adoption fee of $125 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
