You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Panther is seriously the sweetest and most loving little boy! He and the mother of his children were dropped on our facility in a sealed, taped cardboard box. Panther is such a wonderful little boy. We don’t know his age, but we guess maybe 1 or 2 years old. He runs around like a kitten chirping and trilling and loving life. He rubs on our legs and he uses his tail to “hug” your arm. He gets along with dogs and cats. Can you give Panther the loving family home that he deserves?<br/>The adoption donation is $175 and includes core vaccinations, microchip & spay/neuter. Please review our adoption process & complete an application on our website - www.hoofwoofmeow.org/adoption We adopt within 150 mile radius of Elgin, IL **We are a 100% volunteer rescue. All of our cats are in Foster Homes**

Hoof Woof Meow Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Congratulations on deciding to rescue an animal in need. Everything we do for these animals is based on helping them find a great forever home and we are excited for the lucky animal that you will welcome into your home. Requirements for Adoption *You must be over 21 to adopt *You must fill out either a Cat Adoption Application or a Dog Adoption Application *All resident animals must be up to date on shots and have been altered (or a vet letter as to why they are not altered). *All members of the household must be in agreement to adopt an animal. *All members of the household are required to be at the meet and greet prior to final adoption. *You are required to have your animal spayed or neutered per IL state Law. Failure to do so will result in the relinquishment of your animal back to HWMAR. ** ** PER IL STATE LAW (225 ILCS 605/3.3), you are REQUIRED to have your animal spayed or neutered within 14 days of being deemed healthy by a licensed veterinarian. This is Non-Negotiable.
