Pancake's Story

Pancake is a 9-week-old kitten who came into our rescue with his brother Waffle. They were bottle babies who arrived to us at just 3 weeks old after being pulled from the euthanasia list, and they've been given a second chance at life filled with love, care, and safety.<br/><br/>Pancake is a bright, energetic, and playful little boy who is always on the move.<br/><br/>He loves playing with cat toys, especially anything he can chase, balls are one of his favorites. Youll often find him zipping around the room in full zoomie mode, full of kitten energy and joy.<br/><br/>Even with all his playfulness, Pancake also has a very sweet side. He enjoys being petted and will happily soak up attention when he slows down. Unleash The Paws's Adoption Policy
1. Submit an Adoption Application Fill out our adoption application so we can learn more about you, your home, and what you’re looking for in a dog. 2. Phone or Video Chat Once your application is reviewed, we’ll reach out to schedule a quick phone or video chat. This gives you a chance to ask questions, meet the dog virtually, and make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. 3. Adoption Approval Applications are reviewed in the order they’re received. The first approved family that is a good fit and completes all steps will move forward with the adoption. 4. Sign Adoption Contract If approved, you’ll review and sign our adoption contract. 5. Pay Adoption Fee (and Transport Fee, if applicable) The adoption fee helps cover veterinary care, food, and ongoing rescue expenses. If the dog is traveling out of state, a transport fee will apply and includes a health certificate and transport costs. 6. Go Home Day! Once everything is complete, we’ll coordinate pickup or transport and your new family member will be on their way home.
