Paige's Story

Update May 8th - Paige is now at the Pet Valu, 1900 King St E in the King/Rosedale Plaza . go pay this cutie a visit.
Please read Paige's bio, requirements for adoption and if you think she would be a good fit then please go to avacats.org and fill out an online application form. An adoption co ordinator will be in touch.
Paige came in to our rescue in February when we rescued 12 kittens from a hoarding situation. She was not the mother but she took over mothering duties and was willing to be put in a carrier. She is about 6 years old . She has been flea treated twice, dewormed twice, received 2 sets of FVCRP vaccines plus her rabies, spayed and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $325. She has come SUCH a long way over the past 3 months. Paige came from a very difficult hoarding situation so she can be a little apprehensive at times, but with patience and kindness she has come along way. Paige loves her Churu treats ( bring one out and she'll come running) She enjoys soft, gentle pets and scratches. She has a little bit of sass & may give you a "loving swat" if you get too enthusiastic. She is a professional side eye giver ( especially while you vacuum around her), She is independent but affectionate on her terms . She would be best as the only cat in the home where she can truly be the queen of her castle. Paige is looking for someone who understands cat boundaries, appreciates a little personality and wants a beautiful low key companion with a touch of sass. If you think Paige might be your perfect match go pay her a visit. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy.
