Ozzy's Story

Meet Ozzy! Ozzy is a shy, but very sweet, 7-8 month old Domestic Short Hair that was brought to SCAC after being found on the runway at an airport. Ozzy spends most of his days playing and snuggling with his feline friends, relaxing on the catio, climbing the cat tree, and playing with the wand teaser toys. Ozzy may take longer than normal to warm up to his surroundings, but once he is comfortable, he is the sweetest and most affectionate little man. Second Chance Animal Center's Adoption Policy

Second Chance has an online adoption application process for cats, dogs, and small critters. Veterinarian and landlord contact information is required on all applications. Once application is submitted, it may take several days for us to follow up with all appropriate contact information. We will initially respond via email but feel free to call us directly with any follow-up questions. We always encourage potential adopters to submit an application in advance of your visit to our shelter. Same-day feline adoptions are possible with pre-approved applications. Canine adoptions take several visits as dog-to-dog and family meet-and-greets are required.
