Meet Ozzie, a handsome 4.5-year-old black and white gentleman who is looking for a home that appreciates his unique, dignified personality. Ozzie is an incredibly well-behaved "good boy" who moves through life with a quiet grace. He is a bit of an old soul and can be somewhat aloof initially; he isn't the type to demand attention right away, but we believe that with a patient family and plenty of gentle encouragement, he will learn just how wonderful a little extra TLC can be. Ozzie is very independent and would be perfectly happy as your "one and only" king of the castle. If you do have a resident cat, he would do best with another calm male who is happy to respect his personal space, as Ozzie isn't particularly interested in bonding with other felines. He will definitely require a very slow, thoughtful introduction to any new resident pets. While he would likely coexist fine with a cat-friendly dog, he prefers a home with children aged 8 or older who understand that he likes to interact on his own terms and won't force any affection.
