When he first came into our care, his skin was in heartbreaking condition. We have photos from those early days that are simply too difficult to share, but the transformation over the past month has been nothing short of remarkable. His skin is healing, his fur is slowly growing back, and through it all, his gentle spirit has never wavered.<br/><br/>Despite everything he's endured, Owen asks for so little.
