This little 3-month old tabby boy is Otter. He is being raised with another litter, as he was orphaned as a baby, but he has had absolutely no trouble fitting right in. <br/><br/>Otter cuddles and plays with his adopted siblings all day, and is a total love bug. Otter loves to play hard, run fast, and explore everything. He has no fear, and is full of adorable confidence whether with people, dogs, cats, or the other kittens in his foster home.
