Oscar's Story

Meet Oscar!

Oscar is a male kitten who is new to our rescue.

Oscar's eye was affected from an illness prior to his rescue. However, he has bounced back and doesn't even know how dramatic and cool he looks now with his 'Special Eye'. Oscar and Ollie were rescued from a hoarding location- their momma had hidden them on the porch underneath a tarp (nowhere with better conditions) to keep them safe and warm. Momma was trapped along with them and all three were very thankful for being rescued. One of the workers suggested naming one of the kittens after a Sesame Street character. Can you guess?

Oscar and Ollie are a bonded pair of siblings. At this time we are only considering a family interested in adopting them out together.

All kittens will be adopted out with current, age-appropriate vaccines, have been dewormed, started on flea and heartworm prevention, and will be spayed/neutered at our vet when they reach the appropriate age. They have also been tested for FeLV/FIV and are negative!

Adoption fee - 2 friends for $75

To complete our online cat adoption application, or to view adoption policies and view other available cats, please visit: https://www.peppermintpiganimalrescue.org/pet-adoption/available-cats/

To learn more about Peppermint Pig Animal Rescue and Peppermint Pig Thrift and Gift, learn how to get involved, or to make a donation, please visit: linktr.ee/peppermintpigcincy
