Once rescued, we discovered he was suffering from severe ear infections and a painful abscess that desperately needed care.<br/><br/>We don’t know what Oscar endured before he was rescued, but it’s clear he’s been through a lot. Because of that, he needs a special someone who understands that trust takes time.
