Oscar's Story
Oscar is a 5 month old, shorthair, gray neutered male kitten.

Oscar is a snuggly, polite boy. He is a little shy, but is not too far behind his more outgoing littermates as he still enjoys exploring and playing. He is calm, yet cautious.

Oscar loves to curl up for a nap with a buddy! He also likes to steal warm seats, so he is picked up often. He loves being held and will stare into your eyes with adoration. He lets us snuggle him whenever we pick him up. Oscar doesn’t mind being held in our laps, but he is easily distracted by his busy, playful littermates that run around!

Oscar has been agreeable to most everything so far. He is pretty brave around the typical household activities.

Oscar has a good, balanced, but calmer energy level. Even while playing, he doesn’t get very wound up. He loves to play! He especially loves to play chase with his littermates and with kicker toys or toy mice.

Oscar does very well with adult cats. He will initiate play with them slowly and respects their boundaries.

He would love to be adopted with one of his littermates: Mongo, Maeve, Penelope, or Rocko.

Oscar is very curious about dogs but has only met smaller dogs. He also doesn’t mind watching them from the window or a safe distance.

Oscar is great with children (ages 8 & 12). He doesn’t mind being picked up by and playing with the kids in his foster home, but will do best with children who can give him space when he wants it.

Oscar would love a calm, relaxed home and would do well with occasional periods of busyness. He would love a buddy, either an adult cat or another kitten, to play with and snuggle up with. He would love people who don’t mind if he steals their chair every once in a while.

The adoption fee is $250.

All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, negative for FIV&felv, and have been treated for parasites.

----

If you are interested in applying, please send us an inquiry through Petfinder.
Please do not call our hotline about our petfinder posts as email works best.

———-

PAR volunteers accept applications and upon pre-approval, a PAR volunteer will facilitate the visit with the adoptable cat.

We do not do visits unless the application has been pre-approved first.

Please watch our FaceBook page for adoption event postings happening at the PetSmart in Sunrise Village, Puyallup.
