Oscar is a sweet young boy that was neglected and left to wonder as so many young males do if they are not neutered. Luckily for him that he is so friendly and found help right away by crying at a nice person's home. He is adorable; social, vocal, easygoing, fine with other cats. A wonderful boy. Oscar does test positive for FIV antibodies. Only 3% of cats actually develop active FIV. More cats pass away of cancers and there is no test for those so we hope his positive result will not detour you from offering this sweet boy a home.
