Oscar's Story
**Note: PetFinder sometimes has issues with delivering inquiries. If you do not hear from us within a couple days, please email us directly at stina.larson@gmail.com or email directly regardless.**

Oscar's story is one that will tug at your heartstrings. This sweet tabby boy showed up at his current location and won over the people there — and who could blame them? They have been kind enough to take care of him and make sure he is safe, but unfortunately allergies have made it impossible for them to keep him. Oscar deserves a forever home, and that's exactly what he is looking for.

Someone loved this boy before. It shows in everything he does. Oscar clearly has had humans in his life at some point, because he is not the least bit shy about seeking out their company and making himself right at home with them. He loves attention, loves being around his people, and loves pets and scritches. Whoever is generous enough to provide those will be rewarded with one of the finest purrs you have ever heard. Oscar knows how to show his appreciation.

Having spent time outdoors, Oscar is looking for a home that would welcome him as an indoor/outdoor cat — somewhere with a safe outdoor space where he could explore, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the best of both worlds.

Oscar is sweet, handsome, affectionate, and ready. He has already proven that he knows how to find good people. Now he just needs the right ones to keep him.
Could that be you?

Oscar is around 1 to 1.5 years old. He has been neutered and vaccinated.

We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.

When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?

All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them. We also make sure all kittens are healthy before placing them in their forever home.

For additional information on our group and what we do, please check out our website: www.pawsitivity.info
