**Meet Orange Crush! **<br/><br/>Orange Crush is an approximately 4-year-old neutered orange Domestic Longhair with a heart as big as his fluffy coat.<br/><br/>This handsome boy was found as a stray near Lake Orion after what appears to have been a very difficult life outdoors. At some point before his rescue, Orange Crush suffered a traumatic injury that resulted in a partial amputation of his right rear leg. While we'll never know exactly what happened, it's clear he's left the past behind and is embracing every day with happiness and love.<br/><br/>Despite everything he's been through, Orange Crush is one of the sweetest cats you'll ever meet. He's incredibly affectionate, outgoing, and always eager to make new friends. Whether he's asking for pets, following you around the house, or curling up nearby, he simply loves being part of the family.<br/><br/>Orange Crush gets along wonderfully with other cats and would enjoy having a feline companion. He can also do well with calm dogs after a slow, proper introduction. He has an easygoing personality and does great with children, making him a wonderful addition to many different types of homes.<br/><br/>His old leg injury doesn't define him or slow him down—it simply makes him even more special. Orange Crush is ready to leave his days as a stray behind and spend the rest of his life surrounded by love, soft beds, and people who adore him as much as he'll adore them.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a sweet, fluffy best friend with an incredible spirit and endless affection to give, Orange Crush is ready to squeeze his way into your heart!<br/><br/>Orange Crush has had all age-appropriate vaccinations, has been dewormed, microchipped, received monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention, tested negative for FeLV, and has been altered.<br/><br/>We recommend having a fecal test rechecked within 48 hours of adoption, which is covered by us. If they test positive for any parasites, we will provide the dewormer recommended by your veterinarian at no additional cost.<br/><br/>Adoption Fee: $175<br/>Adopters will receive copies of their microchip registration information, adoption contract, medical records, and a handout about Upper Respiratory Infections (URI) in cats. The microchip registration is lifelong, and we will register it for you before adoption.<br/><br/>Orange Crush is doing great with litter box use. We recommend starting them in a smaller room with a litter box and gradually introducing them to the rest of the home. Slow introductions to existing pets are always encouraged to ensure a successful transition.<br/><br/>We will provide food to help with the transition to their new home and are happy to answer any questions after adoption. Our animals live in foster homes where they are treated like family while they wait for their forever homes.
