Opal's Story
Meet Pearl, Opal, and Onyx! We’re three sweet siblings who may look a little different from one another, but we all have the same goal: finding our forever homes!

We’re nearly 2 months old and ready to fill someone’s home with kitten fun. Pearl is a brown-and-black tabby girl weighing 1.75 pounds. Opal is a brown-and-black tabby girl weighing 2.13 pounds. And then there’s Onyx, our little brother, who is a handsome black kitten weighing 1.19 pounds.

We’re friendly kittens who enjoy being around people, including kids. We can be a little shy when we first meet someone new, but don’t let that fool you—we warm up pretty quickly once we realize you’re a friend. We’re also happy to peacefully co-exist with other cats.

We haven’t had the chance to meet dogs yet, so if you have any at home, slow introductions will be important to help everyone get acquainted and make sure we’re a good match.

We’re doing great with the litter box, too, so we’re off to a wonderful start with our kitten skills. Now all we need are families to call our own!

Looking for one sweet kitten? We’d love to meet you. Thinking two—or maybe even three—would be even more fun? We certainly won’t complain! Stop by Heartland and come meet Pearl, Opal, and Onyx in person.
