Onion (also known as Orion)'s Story

Meet the Bottle-Baby Brigade: Shades of grey!

This gorgeous litter of grey and grey tabby kittens is officially ready to graduate from foster care and find their forever families! Their journey started out incredibly tough, they were found as orphans at just a few days old, but thanks to the round-the-clock dedication of one of our incredible volunteers, they were bottle-raised into thriving, healthy, and exceptionally social little dynamic duos.

Because they were raised by human hands from infancy, these kittens have an extraordinary bond with people. They don't just tolerate affection; they actively seek it out!

Their Personalities

The Ultimate Social Butterflies: Having been bottle-fed, they associate humans with love, comfort, and (of course) food. They are absolute cuddle-bugs who love to climb into your lap the moment you sit down.

Playful & Energetic: Now that they are healthy and strong, they are a whirlwind of fun! They love chasing feather wands, wrestling with each other, and zooming around the room exploring every nook and cranny.

Confident & Fearless: These kittens have been well-handled and exposed to the sights and sounds of a busy foster home, making them adaptable and ready for their next big adventure.

Adoption Note: Better Together!

Because these babies have been through so much together and are at an age where they rely heavily on each other for social development, we prioritize adopting our kittens out in pairs, or to a home that already has a young, playful resident cat.

Adopting a pair means double the purrs, double the entertainment, and a built-in best friend so they never get lonely when you're away from home. Plus, watching two littermates wrestle and groom each other is pure joy!

Ready to Adopt?
If you are looking for a pair of playful, affectionate, and resilient little shadows to brighten your home, these grey and tabby sweethearts are waiting for you.

All HHR kittens/cats are located in Lexington, Ky and have been seen by a Veterinarian, spayed/ neutered, micro chipped, combo tested for feline leukemia and FIV, are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and been given dewormer and flea treatment.

Copy this link to submit an application to adopt:
https://form.jotform.com/201076009853149

OR go to *More About Us* to find the link for the application ---

* WE RESPOND TO ALL APPLICATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AFTER SUBMISSION IF YOU HAVENT SEEN OUR REPLY*
