Olivia's Story

Meet Olivia! Olivia is a shy, mellow, and sweet, 6-7 month old Domestic Short Hair that was brought to SCAC after being found as a stray with her siblings. This sweet girl spends most of her days soaking up the sun on the catio, relaxing on the cat tree, running through the cat tunnel, and playing with her feline friends. Due to Olivia's shy personality, she would do best in a home with no young children or dogs, but would love some friendly feline companions. Olivia may take longer than usual to warm up to her new surroundings, but will be well worth the wait. Second Chance Animal Center's Adoption Policy

Second Chance has an online adoption application process for cats, dogs, and small critters. Veterinarian and landlord contact information is required on all applications. Once application is submitted, it may take several days for us to follow up with all appropriate contact information. We will initially respond via email but feel free to call us directly with any follow-up questions. We always encourage potential adopters to submit an application in advance of your visit to our shelter. Same-day feline adoptions are possible with pre-approved applications. Canine adoptions take several visits as dog-to-dog and family meet-and-greets are required.
