Oliver: Not at shelter (Barbe)'s Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. When Oliver throws himself on the floor in front of you so that the only way to get past is to give him a belly rub as admission to his area, you go with it! This is Oliver. He is a perfect cat, and it has taken him several months to become this way. He is so ready to find a home with another cat. (He would love to be adopted with Juniper, so that they can hang out together and he can continue mentoring her as she grows.) Oliver is about 15 months old. When someone new comes to visit at the foster home, he clearly feels there is “stranger danger!” yet once he is comfortable with his new human companion, he is the most amazing and attentive cat ever. He is the one to meet and greet when the morning sun appears. If the Foster Mom is having a bad day, Oliver is the one to comfort and make her feel better. Oliver started out having a rough time at the shelter, and that’s why this is so amazing to see him outgoing, healthy, and ever so happy! Neutered, uses his litter box faithfully, and the best companion ever. He has not been around small children, and he would probably be best in a home with other cats or older kids rather than small children.

Because he is so awesome, his foster mom has agreed to sponsor his adoption fee. Please start with an application so we can see if you are going to be his best match.

PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA.
