Oliver & Co: Rita

If you know Disney's Oliver & Co., you know Rita — the sassy, street-smart Saluki who was the cool big sister of the gang. That's our Rita to a T. Sleek black house-panther, born in foster care, and impossible to ignore.

Meet the sassiest kitten of the litter! Rita is full of playful energy, wrestling, zooming, and then dramatically claiming the bathroom sink like it's her personal throne. She's expressive, entertaining, and will absolutely tell you when she disapproves with the world's cutest tiny kitten hiss. Vacuum cleaners? Not approved.

Rita was raised in a busy foster home with 4 children and lots of friends in and out, so she's well-socialized, confident, and loves being in the middle of the action. She adores other cats, kids, and dogs.

Dog-friendly — tested: Her foster shares, "The introduction was accidental. I didn't know our dog was outside the door. When I opened it, Rita saw our dog and immediately ran TO her. A few kisses were exchanged." Tail up the whole time.

Spunky, bold, and full of personality — Rita is a whole character ready to be your main event. Her foster bed is hers as long as she needs, but she'd love to upgrade to a forever sink.

You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page: Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue

All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
