As soon as you start talking to him, he immediately starts purring… and it only gets louder once you start giving him attention. He just melts into it.<br/><br/>He’s very playful and loves to show off his athletic side. During playtime, he’ll jump straight up in the air and bounce around chasing his toys. He also loves carrying them around in his mouth like he’s proud of his latest “hunt,” which is pretty adorable.<br/><br/>Once he’s gotten his energy out, he turns into a total cuddle bug. He’ll crawl right into your lap and stretch out into a little ball of fur, perfectly happy to just stay there and soak up all the love.<br/><br/>Oliver is very in tune with his person. He knows his name and will come running when you call him, and he’s also pretty vocal and will “talk” back when you speak to him. He really connects with his people and loves being part of whatever you’re doing.<br/><br/>He was found with his siblings and bottle fed, so he’s been around people from the very beginning. He gets along well with other cats and would do great with a playmate.<br/><br/>I think Oliver would do best with someone who has time to play with him and enjoy all that kitten energy, and who also wants a cat that will happily curl up and cuddle afterward. A calmer home would probably suit him best as he settles in and continues to explore new things at his own pace.<br/><br/>He’s also very close with his sister, Marie (also up for adoption). They love to wrestle and then fall asleep cuddled up together, so if you’re open to two, they really are a special pair.<br/><br/>At Meowtown, we don’t have a traditional, physical shelter - all of our cats live in loving foster homes. That means they are already used to real home life, and we truly know their personalities, habits, and what makes them special. They are safe, socialized, and ready to be part of a family. They’re not waiting to become housecats… they already are. They just need a house.<br/><br/>Born 02/05/2026<br/><br/>This kitten has not been neutered yet, but is available as Foster2Adopt.
