Meet Olive!<br/><br/>Olive is a tiny survivor who is just beginning to discover how wonderful life can be.<br/><br/>Found outdoors in Jersey City at only about two months old and weighing 2.26 pounds, Olive arrived skinny, scared, and unsure of the world. Her mom had been caring for her and her two siblings, but sadly, her siblings disappeared before help could reach them. Olive was the one who made it to safety.<br/><br/>Now, she has a soft bed, regular meals, gentle hands, and a safe place to sleep. She is learning that life doesnt always have to be about survival.<br/><br/>Olive is not quite a lap kitten yet. She can be cautious with new people and sometimes gives a very serious little hiss that doesnt always make a sound. But underneath that shy exterior is a sweet baby who is learning more and more each day.<br/><br/>She absolutely loves her first bed. At first, she wasnt sure what to make of it. Now she knows exactly how comfortable it can be.<br/><br/>Because Olive is so young and has only recently experienced safety, she will need a patient, loving family willing to give her time to build confidence and trust.
