Olive's Story

Olive - Female DOB 5/22/2020 Black & White -

Sweet Olive has a way of making everyone who meets her just want to scoop her up and take her home.

Olive came back to us recently after being adopted as a kitten five years ago. She was returned because the male cats in her home decided they wanted nothing to do with her, and the stress of it all had her retreating and unhappy in her situation. You would never know any of that looking at her now. She is a little shy at first, but is completely open to being petted and brushed - and she will roll right over onto her side for a belly rub without much convincing at all. She is playful, happy, and affectionate. Those big round eyes of hers are something else entirely.

She is carrying a little extra weight at the moment, but with a better diet and more room to move around she will slim down in no time. She loves wet food, which is a great start, and we just know she is going to blossom once she is somewhere she feels truly safe and loved.

Olive was recently diagnosed with asthma, and her symptoms are well controlled with medication. Olive would thrive in a quiet home where she is the center of attention, with a sunny window to claim as her own and people who spend time with her. A home without dogs, young children, or other cats will give her the peace and security she deserves.

All kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian. Our application is available to be completed online at https://furrr.org/cat-adoption-process/ Applying DOES NOT guarantee approval. We hold meet and greets with approved applications only.
