Odin's Story
May 20th - Odin will be at the Pet Valu, 1900 King St E in the King/Rosedale Plaza later tonight. Go pay this cutie a visit.
Please read Odin's bio, requirements for adoption and if you think he would be a good fit then go to avacats.org and fill out an online application form. An adoption co ordinator will be in touch
Odin came in to our rescue mid April. He had been abandonned and not surviving on the streets very well. A concerned animal lover caught him in her carrier and he came to our vet - no microchip and not neutered. He had quite a few healing wounds on his head so we viral tested him - He was FIV/FeLeuk negative. He was flea treated, dewormed, his healing wounds cleaned, given a long acting antibiotic injection, FVCRP and rabies vaccines and booked for his neuter. He was a crypt orchid - ie one of his testicles hadn't dropped - still in the groin so they had to make a small incision and remove that testicle, He went to a foster home to recuperated , His foster mom says he is so sweet, just loves to cuddle, play , look out the window and be with you. He has healed beautifully and his fur is so soft now - proper food and good indoor living. He is now ready for adoption. His adoption fee is $250. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy.
